Terms & Conditions (Small Print)

Prices are based on standard-sized vehicles. SUVs, trucks, vans, or excessively dirty vehicles may require an additional charge. Pet hair, sand, mud, heavy garbage, and excessive soiling may result in extra fees, which will be discussed before work begins.

Stain and odour removal cannot be guaranteed, and some stains or odours may remain. Service times are estimates and may vary depending on vehicle size and condition. Appointments may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather.

Please remove all personal belongings and valuables before your appointment. TMS Auto Details is not responsible for items left in the vehicle. Payment is due upon completion of the service.

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or missed appointments may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee before another appointment can be booked. Cancellation fees may be waived for emergencies or situations outside of the customer's control.
